Monash University sends teams every year to 2 annual tournaments - the Southern University Games and the Australian University Games.

Southern Uni Games Annually held during the mid-year break, the Southern Uni Games is the qualifying tournament for the Australian Uni Games. The top 5 of 16 teams from both men's and women's soccer competitions qualify for the Australian Uni Games. With 17 universities from Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania competing in 15 sports at the Southern Uni Games, over 2000 athletes attend. The social program is a major drawcard, with inter-university relations flourishing at night.

Australian Uni Games Annually held during the second semester mid-semester break, the Australian Uni Games is one of the most anticipated weeks of the university calendar. The best university sporting teams and individuals from Australia wide compete in the Australian Uni Games. With 20 sports contested at the Australian Uni Games, over 6000 athletes attend.
