Award winning Chef Kaibil Velazquez (and sons Estefan and Noah Velazquez) from Up CLOSE and Personal Exclusive Chef Services, in conjunction with Monash University Soccer Club, are proud to present exiting Gourmet K9s Modern hot dog stand.

Gourmet K9s will consist of freshly baked crusty rolls filled with handmade beef, herb and red wine sausages. Each sausage will have option of one or more exquisite toppings:

• buttered mushrooms,
• braised spinach,
• Riesling bacon, or
• sauerkraut.

Of course, a each Gourmet K9 has the option of sauce as well:

• Mexican salsa,
• saffron and garlic aioli (Mayonnaise),
• BBQ, or
• traditional ketchup.

Choose as much or as little as you would like on your K9. At only $7.50 there is no reason not to temp your taste buds and bite into one and support Monash University Soccer Club. If you miss out, you will be sorry and if you cannot make it. Kaibil and his sons will be doing it all again on September 5 2009.
